RV sites are available for both long-term and short-term leases.
Yes, pets are allowed, but all pets must be kept on a leash when outdoors. See Park Policies for our detailed pet policy.
Electricity is monitored by meter and is charged at $0.15 per kilowatt/hour. Rates are subject to change without notice.
Start by viewing our available sites and select your desired location. Click on the ‘Apply Now’ button and follow the prompts to submit your information. If your application is accepted, you will be emailed the lease agreement to sign electronically. After payment has been processed, send a photo of the site meter reading to earlyrvparks@property-mgm.com before hookup.
Notify management of your intent to vacate at least 30 days in advance. On your departure day, send a photo of the meter reading to earlyrvparks@property-mgm.com, as well as a photo of your vacant site. Sites should be cleaned and ready for the next guest upon departure. Upon receipt of the photos and inspection of the site, you will receive a refund of the deposit amount.
We will return your deposit minus a 10% service charge if you cancel THIRTY (30) or more days before your arrival date. We do not refund deposits on cancellations made TWENTY-NINE (29) days or less of your arrival date. Please make sure you schedule your reservations carefully. Cancellations – NO SHOWS: Guests failing to contact us to cancel their reservation (with the required time, listed above) will be considered a ‘NO SHOW’. ‘NO SHOWS’ are subject to the same cancellation policies. Camping is an outdoor experience, and accordingly, we do not offer refunds due to the whims of Mother Nature.
