Park Policies

Tenants are required to adhere to all park policies and regulations. Failure to do so may result in a request to vacate the premises.

• Pet Policy:
  • Pets must always be leashed and under the physical control of their handler. Do not walk pets through other guest sites.
  • All pet waste must be picked up immediately.
  • Pets may not be left outdoors unattended.
  • Excessive barking or pet noise is prohibited.
• Park quiet hours are from dusk until dawn. Keep music, television, and other noise to a reasonable volume during daytime hours.
• Washing or repairing vehicles on the grounds is prohibited.
• Laundry facilities are open 24 hours. Do not leave laundry in machines unattended.
• Fireworks are prohibited.
• Campfires are permitted on the grounds in approved containers. Please properly extinguish campfires when not in use. Do not leave open campfires unattended.
• Place all garbage in sealed plastic bags and dispose in the park dumpster. Break down all boxes before disposal. Littering (including cigarette butts) is prohibited.
• Trash Pickup:
  • CC’s RV Park – Tuesdays and Fridays
  • J’s RV Park – Monday, Tuesday, and Friday
• Sites should be kept clean and orderly. Keep outdoor items to a minimum, i.e., chairs, grills, and reasonable decorations. Strung clotheslines are prohibited.
• Please follow designated roads or walkways. Do NOT cut through unoccupied RV sites.
• Public intoxication is strictly prohibited. Please consume alcohol responsibly within the bounds of your own site. Alcoholic beverage containers should be properly disposed of.
• The speed limit for all vehicles is 5 MPH.
• Never dump gray or black tank contents on the ground.
• Recreational riding of ATVs, motorcycles, and dirt bikes in the park is prohibited.
• No more than three vehicles per site.

• Are sites available for long-term or short-term rentals?
  • RV sites are available for both long-term and short-term leases.
• Are pets allowed at the sites?
  • Yes, pets are allowed, but all pets must be kept on a leash when outdoors. See Park Policies for our detailed pet policy.
• How is electricity charged?
  • Electricity is monitored by meter and is charged at $.12 per kilowatt/hour. Rates are subject to change without notice.
• What is the application procedure?
  • Start by viewing our available sites and select your desired location. Click on the ‘Apply Now’ button on the lease page to start an application. Follow the prompts to submit your information. If your application is accepted, you will be emailed the lease agreement to sign electronically. After payment has been processed, send a photo of the site meter reading to manager@earlyrvparks.com before hookup.
• What is the move-out procedure?
  • Notify management of your intent to vacate at least 30 days in advance. On your departure day, send a photo of the meter reading to manager@earlyrvparks.com, as well as a photo of your vacant site. Sites should be cleaned and ready for the next guest upon departure. Upon receipt of the photos and inspection of the site, you will receive a refund of the deposit amount.
